The My Med Pouch is 20 cm wide, 13 cm high and 5.5 cm deep.

The My Med Pouch is designed to enable you to carry your essential medications on the go. What medications are essential for you will depend on your specific medical needs and conditions.

However, here are some common combinations that fit in the My Med Pouch:

Asthma

• Fits ventolin, a spacer, and oral steroid medication (you will be able to fit a few small additional items).

Anaphylaxis

• Fits two epipens and antihistamine medication with extra space for additional items.

Asthma and Anaphylaxis

• Fits ventolin, spacer, oral steroid medication, two epipens and antihistamine medication. Our bag was designed to be big enough to carry all these medications (we need to carry them all too) but it is a snug fit (we also understand that you want to carry the medications you require in the most compact way possible). Carrying a paper or collapsable spacer will make it a more spacious fit.

Pain relief for babies/children

• Fits a thermometer, pain-relief medication (panadol), bonjela and room left for any other items you might wish to carry (band aids, alcohol wipes, eyelid cleansing wipes etc.).

Absolutely! The My Med Pouch is fully insulated, including trims. It also is made with water resistant material, inside and out.

However, you should always follow the instructions for use and storage that come with any medications that you use and ensure that you adhere to them.

The great thing about our medical bag is that it can be used in so many different ways. It can be worn as a waist and shoulder bag, and in addition the strap can be removed converting it into a pouch that can be carried in your nappy bag or hand luggage while travelling.

The My Med Pouch is made of water resistant nylon fabric, so a simple wipe down with a damp cloth is all that is really necessary to give it a freshen up.

If you want to give it a more thorough wash, we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent. Be sure to follow the care instructions label found inside the My Med Pouch.

We ship with Australia Post. We charge a flat rate of $10.95 for regular parcel post and $15 for express post within Australia. Shipping is free on orders over $80 within Australia.

We also offer customer pick up from our warehouse in Keilor East, Victoria. Customer pick up is available only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10:00am - 12:00pm. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.

We aim to have your order ready within 1-3 business days. However, this may vary during sales events and/or peak holiday periods.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that timeframes provided by Australia Post may be subject to change depending on local delivery conditions. Changes to the delivery timeframe are out of our control.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location. You will also be responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be levied.

No, please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds at this time.

Yes, so long as the item still has tags attached and is unused we will accept your return.

Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of the date your delivery is marked as 'delivered'.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
